3. How do I know if a product is suitable for my skin type?
Each product has detailed information about its ingredients and benefits on its individual page. If you’re unsure about a product’s suitability, we recommend checking the ingredients list or contacting us for further advice based on your skin type.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within Singapore. We provide nationwide delivery with a fixed shipping fee, no matter where you are located in Singapore.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders within Singapore typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with an item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

13. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update the shipping address. Please contact our support team immediately to request the change. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.
